Cancellation Policy

Cancelling before dispatch

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Where the order has not entered final preparation or been dispatched, we will attempt to cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method. We cannot guarantee cancellation before dispatch because processing may begin shortly after payment.

Cancelling after dispatch

Where an order has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to stop delivery. For most online purchases, you may still notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods and return them within a further 14 days, subject to the exceptions and conditions in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

How to cancel

Email support@homevisionfurniture.co.uk and include your full name, order number, email address used for the order, the product you wish to cancel and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Model cancellation notice

You may use the following wording, although it is not compulsory:

To HOME VISION FURNITURE LTD: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the sale of the following goods. Product(s): [insert]. Order number: [insert]. Ordered on: [insert]. Received on: [insert]. Customer name and address: [insert]. Date: [insert].

Custom and personalised goods

Goods made to your specifications, clearly personalised or altered at your request may not be cancellable once production or alteration has started, except where they are faulty or not as agreed.
