Where do you deliver?

We deliver only within the United Kingdom.

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is free on every order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery normally takes a further 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Will I receive tracking?

Where tracking is available, it will be emailed after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to begin showing updates.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us immediately. Where an order has not entered final preparation or been dispatched, we will attempt to cancel it. If it has already been dispatched, the applicable cancellation and return process can be used after delivery.

Can I return an item?

For most online purchases, you may notify us of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods and then return them within a further 14 days. Exceptions may apply to personalised or custom-made goods.

Who pays for return shipping?

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return cost. Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Home Vision Furniture will cover reasonable return or collection costs.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact support@homevisionfurniture.co.uk promptly. Include your order number and photographs of the packaging, the damage and the complete product.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After issue, payment providers normally take approximately 3–5 business days to display the refund.

Are product colours exact?

We aim to display colours accurately, but screen settings, photography, lighting and natural materials may cause slight differences.

Do products require assembly?

Assembly requirements vary by product. Check the product description before ordering. Unless expressly stated, delivery does not include assembly.
