Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). The complete amount payable, including any applicable tax, is shown before you confirm payment. Standard UK delivery is free.

Accepted payment methods

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Availability may depend on your device, location and payment provider.

When payment is taken

Payment is normally authorised or collected when the order is placed. An order will not enter processing until payment has been successfully confirmed.

Payment security

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Payment providers may perform fraud-prevention, identity and security checks before approving a transaction.

Declined payments

A payment may be declined because of incorrect card details, insufficient funds, bank security controls, a billing-address mismatch, fraud-prevention checks or payment-provider restrictions. Please check the information entered or contact your bank or payment provider.

Pricing errors

We take reasonable care to display accurate prices. If an obvious pricing error is identified before dispatch, we may contact you and offer the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling the affected item for a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After we issue a refund, your payment provider may take approximately 3–5 business days to display it.
