Change-of-mind returns
For most products purchased online, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. After notifying us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.
To request a return, email support@homevisionfurniture.co.uk with your name, order number, the product being returned and the date it was received. Please wait for return instructions. Do not send goods to our registered office unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect goods as you reasonably could in a physical shop. Returned goods should be complete, securely packaged and accompanied by all parts and accessories. We may make a reasonable deduction where handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods has reduced their value.
Return shipping costs
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods using a suitable insured carrier. Large furniture may require a specialist carrier. We do not charge a collection fee unless you agree to the amount in advance. Contact us before purchase or before arranging a return if you need an estimated return-carriage cost for a particular item and postcode.
Where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return or collection costs where a return is required.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us promptly if a product arrives damaged, is faulty, is missing essential parts, is materially different from its description or is not the product ordered. Include your order number and clear photographs. Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, the remedy may include repair, replacement, collection, a price reduction or a refund.
Exceptions
Change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply to goods made to your specifications, clearly personalised goods, goods altered at your request or certain sealed hygiene-sensitive goods after unsealing. These exceptions do not remove your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For change-of-mind cancellations, we will refund within the legally required period, generally no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they have been sent back. Your bank or payment provider may take a further 3–5 business days to display the refund.
Because standard UK delivery is free, there is normally no original standard delivery charge to refund.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. Where an exchange is unavailable, you may return the original item and place a separate order.
