Shipping and Delivery Policy

Home Vision Furniture currently delivers only to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international delivery.

Free UK delivery

Standard delivery is free on all UK orders, with no minimum order value.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays begin processing on the following business day.

Estimated delivery time

After dispatch, delivery normally takes 5–7 business days. The estimated total time from placing an order to delivery is therefore normally 6–10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Delivery can occasionally take longer because of courier delays, severe weather, peak seasonal demand, delivery-address problems, restricted access, specialist furniture-delivery requirements or events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

After dispatch, we normally send tracking information by email where tracking is available. Tracking may take up to 24 hours after collection to begin displaying updates.

Large furniture deliveries

Some furniture may require a specialist or large-item delivery service. Customers must ensure that the delivery address is accessible and that doorways, corridors, staircases and lifts are suitable for the product. Please check all product dimensions before ordering.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery does not include assembly, installation, packaging removal or removal of old furniture.

Missed or refused deliveries

Where delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may attempt delivery again, provide rearrangement instructions, deliver to an appropriate collection point or return the order to us. Reasonable redelivery or return-to-sender costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts may be charged where legally permitted.

Damage, delay or missing orders

Please inspect the packaging on arrival. Report visible damage, missing items or an order that has not arrived after the estimated delivery period to support@homevisionfurniture.co.uk. Include your order number and photographs where relevant.
