Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected goods. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily confirm acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order.
We may reject or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product-information error, delivery cannot reasonably be made, or we reasonably suspect fraud. Any payment already taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The complete amount payable is shown before checkout. Standard UK delivery is free. Payment is normally authorised or collected when the order is placed.
Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Colours may vary between screens, natural materials may vary in grain, shade or texture, handmade products may have minor individual variations, and measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Room-set photographs may include accessories not supplied with the product. Please check the written description and dimensions before ordering.
Availability and delivery
Goods are subject to availability. We deliver only within the United Kingdom. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days and delivered approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch. Further details are in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Access for large items
Before ordering furniture, you are responsible for checking product dimensions, doorway widths, corridors, staircases, lifts and delivery restrictions. This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights and the applicable process are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Assembly and care
Where assembly is required, follow the supplied instructions and do not use the product until it is correctly assembled and stable. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorised alteration, failure to follow care instructions or normal wear and tear, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate with affected customers.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, breach of statutory rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory protections available to them.
