Refund and Return Policy

At Home Vision Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging and in a resellable condition

• You have proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice

• The return request is submitted within the 14-day return period

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery or returned outside the applicable return period may not be eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or not fit for purpose.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not normally eligible for change-of-mind returns:

• Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order products

• Furniture that has been fully assembled, installed or modified

• Items marked as final sale or clearance, where clearly stated before purchase

• Items damaged through misuse, incorrect assembly or improper handling after delivery

These exclusions do not apply where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your statutory consumer rights.

3. Return Process – Step by Step

1. Contact us at contact@homevisionfurniture.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number, the reason for the return and any relevant photographs if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

3. We aim to respond within one business day with return instructions.

4. Carefully repack the item using its original packaging where reasonably possible.

5. Send the return using a trackable delivery service to the address provided in our return instructions.

Please contact us before returning an item. Unauthorised returns may delay the inspection and refund process.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an item being damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, Home Vision Furniture will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate return arrangement.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Original delivery charges will be refunded where required under applicable UK consumer law.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 3 to 5 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the order.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds to your account.

We may make a reasonable deduction from the refund if the value of the item has been reduced because it was handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

To purchase a different product, size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at contact@homevisionfurniture.co.uk.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to stop the delivery. You may need to receive the order and follow the return process above.

Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
