Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Change-of-mind returns
For most products purchased online, you may cancel your order without giving a reason.
You must notify us within 14 days beginning the day after you, or someone nominated by you, receives the goods.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.
Where an order contains several products delivered separately, the cancellation period begins the day after the final product is received.

Please include your name and order number inside the package.
Large furniture must not be returned using an unsuitable standard parcel service. Contact us before arranging the return of a bulky item so that an appropriate carrier can be used.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect the product as you reasonably could in a physical shop.
Returned goods should be:

Complete and securely packaged

Accompanied by all supplied parts and accessories

Protected adequately during return transport

Free from damage caused by use beyond reasonable inspection
Original packaging is not an absolute condition of exercising your statutory cancellation rights. However, we recommend using it where reasonably possible because it is usually designed to protect furniture during transport.
We may make a reasonable deduction from your refund where handling beyond what was necessary to inspect the goods has reduced their value.
Return shipping costs
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this responsibility was disclosed before you placed the order.
You should use a suitable and adequately insured carrier. You remain responsible for the goods until they are received at the return address.
Large furniture and other products that cannot normally be returned by post may require a specialist furniture carrier.
Where specialist return transport is required, the estimated direct return cost will be displayed on the relevant product page or otherwise communicated before the order is placed.
If the estimated return cost for a non-postable item was not disclosed before purchase, we will not require you to pay that return cost.
We do not charge cancellation, administration or restocking fees when you exercise your statutory right to cancel.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

Where goods are damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, we will cover reasonable return or collection costs where a return is required.
Under UK consumer law, you may have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receiving them. After this period, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement and, in certain circumstances, a refund or price reduction.
Products excluded from change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply to:

Clearly personalised or bespoke products

Products altered at your request

Sealed hygiene-sensitive goods after the seal has been broken

Products that become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
Choosing a standard colour, size or finish from our normal product options does not automatically make a product bespoke.
These exclusions do not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Refunds
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed with you.
For a valid change-of-mind cancellation, we will issue the refund without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after:

We receive the returned goods; or

You provide acceptable evidence that the goods have been sent back,
whichever occurs first.
We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or acceptable evidence of return has been provided.
After the refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may take a further 3–5 business days to display the funds in your account.
Original delivery charges
Where you paid for standard delivery, we will refund the basic standard delivery charge as part of an eligible cancellation.
If you selected a more expensive or enhanced delivery service, we will only refund an amount equal to our least expensive standard delivery option.
Where standard UK delivery was free, there will normally be no original delivery charge to refund.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed.
Where an exchange is unavailable, you may return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the replacement product.
Cancelling before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order before dispatch.
Where the order has not entered dispatch or specialist delivery preparation, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to receive the goods and follow the return process described above.
