These Terms of Service govern your use of the Home Vision Furniture website and any purchase made from us.

2. Using our website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
-
Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
-
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or another customer’s account
-
Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology
-

-
Copy, scrape or reproduce website content without permission
-
Submit false information or impersonate another person
-
Use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, our systems or our legal rights.
3. Customer information
You must provide complete and accurate information when placing an order.
This includes your:
-
Full name
-
Billing address
-
Delivery address
-
Email address
-
Telephone number
-
Payment information
You are responsible for checking your order and contact details before submitting the order.
Please contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed after an order has entered preparation or dispatch.
4. Customer accounts
You may be able to create a customer account.
You are responsible for:
-
Keeping your login details confidential
-
Providing accurate account information
-
Preventing unauthorised access to your account
-
Notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised
We may suspend or close an account where there is evidence of fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or a serious breach of these terms.
5. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, colours and prices are accurate.
However:
-
Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, photography and lighting
-
Natural materials may contain variations in grain, tone, texture or finish
-
Handmade or individually finished products may vary slightly
-
Product dimensions may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances
-
Packaging may change without affecting the product
These normal variations are not necessarily defects.
Nothing in this section removes your rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or not of satisfactory quality.
6. Furniture measurements and access
Furniture customers are responsible for checking the product dimensions and ensuring the item is suitable for the intended space.
Before ordering, please measure:
-
Doorways
-
Hallways
-
Staircases
-
Lifts
-
Corners and turning spaces
-
The intended room or placement area
-
Any restricted delivery access
Please contact us before ordering if you are uncertain whether a large item can be delivered safely.
Where a product does not fit because the measurements or access information supplied by the customer were incorrect, the customer may be responsible for reasonable redelivery or return costs where those costs were clearly disclosed and legally permitted.
This does not affect your rights where the dimensions supplied by us were materially inaccurate.
7. Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order acknowledgement by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.
A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm that we have accepted the order.
We may decline an order before acceptance where:
-
A product is unavailable
-
Payment cannot be authorised
-
The delivery address is outside our service area
-
We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment
-
There is an obvious pricing or product-information error
-
An order breaches a legal or regulatory requirement
Where payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, we will issue a refund.
8. Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may offer:
-
A revised delivery estimate
-
A suitable alternative
-
Cancellation of the unavailable product
-
A full refund for the unavailable product
We will not replace a product with an alternative without your agreement.
9. Prices
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before you confirm the order.
We may change product prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
If we identify an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, we may contact you and give you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order.
If we cannot contact you, we may decline the order and refund any payment already received.
10. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:
-
You are authorised to use the selected payment method
-
The information supplied is accurate
-
Sufficient funds or credit are available
-
The payment is not fraudulent or unauthorised
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
We do not normally store complete payment-card information.
Orders may be subject to payment verification, security screening and fraud-prevention checks.
11. Delivery
Available delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown on our website, product pages, checkout or Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates begin after any stated processing period.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed to a guaranteed date.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the stated timeframe. Delays may occasionally occur because of:
-
Courier disruption
-
Severe weather
-
Access restrictions
-
Stock delays
-
Public holidays
-
Events outside our reasonable control
We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay.
Your legal rights remain available where delivery is not completed within an agreed or legally required period.
12. Large furniture deliveries
Large furniture may be delivered by a specialist carrier.
The carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery date or delivery window.
You must ensure that:
-
An adult is available to accept delivery
-
The delivery address is accessible
-
Access routes are clear and safe
-
Any parking or entry restrictions are disclosed in advance
-
Suitable permission has been obtained for restricted premises
Unless expressly included in the delivery service, delivery may not include assembly, installation, packaging removal or moving existing furniture.
The exact delivery service available will be explained before purchase or when delivery is arranged.
13. Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because:
-
No authorised person is available
-
The address is incorrect or incomplete
-
Access is unsafe or unsuitable
-
Required delivery information was not provided
-
The customer refuses delivery without exercising a valid legal right
we may arrange redelivery or return the product to our facility.
Reasonable additional costs may be charged only where legally permitted and where those costs were clearly disclosed.
Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order. You must clearly notify us if you wish to exercise a cancellation right.
14. Risk and ownership
Responsibility for the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered into your physical possession or to a person identified by you to receive them.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment and delivery has been completed.
15. Inspecting your delivery
Please inspect the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Contact us promptly if:
-
The packaging is visibly damaged
-
A product is damaged
-
Parts are missing
-
The wrong product was delivered
-
The product appears faulty
-
The product is materially different from its description
Where possible, retain the packaging and take clear photographs of the product, packaging and delivery labels.
A delay in reporting an issue does not automatically remove your statutory rights, but prompt notification can help us investigate and resolve the matter.
16. Assembly and product care
Some furniture may require assembly.
You must:
-
Follow the supplied instructions
-
Use the correct tools and fittings
-
Observe safety warnings
-
Ensure wall-mounted products are secured appropriately
-
Use a qualified professional where recommended
We are not responsible for damage caused solely by incorrect assembly, misuse, unauthorised alteration, unsuitable storage or failure to follow care instructions.
This does not affect your rights where the product, parts or instructions were faulty or inadequate.
17. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return goods and receive refunds are explained in our Refund and Return Policy.
For most eligible online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days beginning the day after delivery. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days.
Different rules may apply to faulty, damaged, personalised or bespoke goods.
Nothing in these terms or our Refund and Return Policy limits your statutory rights.
Return enquiries should be sent to:
Email: support@homevisionfurniture.co.uk
Telephone: +44 20 8040 3085
Unless different instructions are provided, the return address is:
HOME VISION FURNITURE LTD
401 Lordship Lane
London
England
N17 6AE
United Kingdom
Please contact us before returning large furniture so that the appropriate return method can be confirmed.
18. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Products must be:
-
Of satisfactory quality
-
Fit for their intended purpose
-
As described
-
Installed correctly where installation forms part of the contract
Where a product does not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
We may ask for reasonable information, photographs or proof of purchase to help assess the issue.
We will cover reasonable return or collection costs where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described and a return is required.
19. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer.
Unless stated otherwise:
-
Codes cannot be exchanged for cash
-
Codes cannot be used after their expiry date
-
Only one code may be used per order
-
Codes may apply only to selected products
-
Codes may require a minimum order value
-
Codes must be entered before checkout is completed
We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there is an obvious error, fraud or misuse.
This will not affect an order already validly accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
20. Reviews and submitted content
Where the website allows reviews, comments, photographs or other submissions, the content must:
-
Be based on a genuine experience
-
Be accurate to the best of your knowledge
-
Not be unlawful, abusive, threatening or discriminatory
-
Not infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
-
Not contain malicious code, spam or misleading advertising
We may remove content that breaches these requirements.
Submitting content does not transfer ownership to us, but you grant us reasonable permission to display and use it in connection with our website and services.
21. Intellectual property
Website content, including text, graphics, logos, page designs, photographs and software, is owned by us or used under licence.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. You should review them before using those services or providing personal information.
23. Privacy and cookies
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our website also uses cookies and similar technologies. Further information is provided through our cookie banner, cookie settings and Cookie Policy.
24. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
-
Breach of your statutory consumer rights
-
Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded
Products sold through our consumer website are intended primarily for personal and domestic use.
We are not responsible for commercial losses, loss of business, loss of profit or loss of business opportunity where you purchase as a consumer.
25. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control.
This may include severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, supplier disruption, government restrictions, utility failures or major technical failures.
Where such an event affects your order, we will:
-
Contact you where reasonably possible
-
Take reasonable steps to reduce the delay
-
Provide an updated estimate
-
Explain available cancellation or refund options where applicable
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
26. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to our business, website, services or legal obligations.
The version that applies to your purchase is normally the version available when your order was placed.
Changes will not be applied retrospectively to an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you.
The latest version will be published with an updated revision date.
27. If part of these terms is invalid
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Any invalid provision will be treated as removed or adjusted only to the minimum extent necessary.
28. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
29. Complaints
Please contact us if you have a complaint.
We will review the matter and aim to respond within a reasonable period.
Email: support@homevisionfurniture.co.uk
Telephone: +44 20 8040 3085
Please provide your name, order number and a clear description of the issue.
30. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain any mandatory protections available under the law where you live and may bring legal proceedings in your local courts where applicable.
